Enjoy long drinks, cocktails and more at our hotel bar next to reception daily from 19:00. We also offer many non-alcoholic drinks. The bar is open at least until 23:00 and at the latest until 01:00.
Out of respect for other guests, we ask you not to stay in swimwear in the restaurant area after 17:00. However, you are welcome to stroll through the hotel corridors in a bathrobe.
In addition to cash, we also accept EC cards and the following credit cards: Mastercard, Amex and VISA. For corporate customers, we also offer the option to pay by invoice.
Please hang the sign provided for this purpose on the outside door, which you will find in the room, if the room should be cleaned or if you do not wish to be disturbed. Alternatively, you can also press a button on the room lock, which will deny our housekeeping access.
Arrival is normally possible from 14:00 to 21:00. If you wish to arrive later, please contact us in advance so that we can organize this in time. Upon request, we will deposit your arrival documents and send you a key code so that you can arrive at your desired time.
We ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 on the day of departure. We are happy to store your luggage at reception if you wish to stay longer in the hotel. Please do not forget to return all borrowed items. You can settle your bill on the day of departure from 07:00 at reception or alternatively in the restaurant, or already the evening before at reception.
Additional wool or duvets and other types of pillows are available upon request and without additional charge at reception. Our rooms are standardly equipped with an all-season duvet and two different pillows.
First aid kits with plasters and bandages are located at reception and in the restaurant.
If you need to be quick on your departure day, please inform reception at the latest on the evening before your departure that you need an express check-out. After discussing the details with reception, you only need to drop your key in the reception mailbox upon departure and can leave directly.
At reception we are happy to send or receive your faxes or e-mails.
In case of a triggered fire alarm, please leave your room and come to the assembly point on the lawn in front of the upper main entrance at reception. The alarm will be turned off by the hotel management, the caretakers or after the fire department arrives – but at the latest after 15 minutes.
On each floor and in critical areas there are regularly checked fire extinguishers. Please note the warning signs.
As part of your wellness pampering package, you are welcome to use our fitness room free of charge. It is located in the wellness area opposite the wellness reception. Opening hours from 07:00 to 21:00.

Our indoor pool (with whirlpool, underwater massage, surge shower, experience shower and relaxation zone) is available to you daily from 07:00 to 21:00. After 21:00 you can also rent our indoor pool separately – for exclusive and private use. No towels are provided in the indoor pool, please bring towels from your room.
Pets and dogs are allowed upon request and for a fee. We are happy to offer you special dog rooms. Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout our entire hotel grounds and also inside the buildings. Dogs are not permitted in the wellness area. Please note that the animal must behave appropriately, otherwise accommodation is not possible.

We clean your room daily. If you do not wish to be disturbed, you can hang the “Do not disturb” sign on the outside of the door, then housekeeping will try again at a later time.

By arrangement, we can make one or more rooms of our restaurant available for your event or meeting.
We have a selection of different pillows ready for you, in case the pillows already in the rooms are not to your liking. Choose, for example, from cherry stone pillows or side sleeper pillows. These are all suitable for allergy sufferers, of course. We also provide additional pillows. The pillows are cleaned at least once a year.
Our house also includes a large wellness area with diverse treatments, where you can get advice and be pampered. Please make appointments for cosmetic treatments, massages and body treatments at the reception in the wellness area (if you have not already booked them in advance). The local tourist tax is not included in the price. Our reception will be happy to inform you about the current fees. It is currently €1.90 per day and person. In return, you receive, among other things, free rides on all public transport throughout the Black Forest. Please apply for your Konus card at reception if needed.
We only print these cards on request for environmental reasons.
If you have forgotten a power cable for an electrical device, our reception will help you free of charge with a power or charging cable as a loan.
The minibars/refrigerators in our hotel are stocked with various drinks and snacks. Please refer to the price list provided for the prices. Please be sure to report consumption from the minibar upon departure. If your minibar is empty or not stocked, you can order the drinks at reception.
Our restaurant is open for lunch from 12:00 to 13:30.
The majority of the required energy is obtained via the local district heating network, which in turn obtains its energy from at least 65% renewable fuels. The entire hotel has been converted to energy-saving LED technology. Waste is carefully separated and recycled as best as possible.
You can also contribute to a sustainable wellness holiday by, for example, using the towel more than once or canceling room cleaning.
We offer a sewing service (e.g. sewing back on fallen buttons). This is carried out by our housekeeping and charged according to effort. Please report your damage at reception.
A large town plan is displayed on a notice board next to reception. We also offer town plans and area maps at reception.
There are sufficient hotel-owned parking spaces directly in front of the hotel on 2 parking lots. However, we ask you to use the upper ground-level parking space in front of reception only for loading and unloading your vehicle, as it is significantly smaller and we would like to reserve it for guests who are no longer so mobile. The lower parking space is also directly in front of the hotel and fully illuminated, but only accessible via stairs.
If you are planning an excursion or need lunch packages for the journey home, you can order these by 17:00 the day before or put them together yourself at the breakfast buffet, at a price of €9.00 per person.

Please inform us of complaints, defects or malfunctions immediately so that we can remedy them as quickly as possible or provide you with a solution. We promise you that we take every complaint very seriously and try to accommodate you as best as possible.
We also regularly record your assessments regarding hotel quality in questionnaires, which are placed in the room, and then try to optimize your hotel experience.
We are a non-smoking house and ask smokers, also out of consideration for following guests, to go to the balconies, outside the door or to our terrace to smoke. Ashtrays are provided there.

The sauna area with various saunas, relaxation rooms and outdoor area is open from 10:00 to 21:00.
You will find a sauna towel in your room upon arrival. Please bring this or your own sauna towel to the sauna.
Please keep the digital key cards with you for the duration of your stay, as our reception is not staffed 24 hours. You have the option of obtaining a second key card at reception. If the card is lost, costs of €10.00 will be charged to the guest for replacement and reprogramming of the locking system.
A shoe shine machine is available for you on the ground floor next to the elevator. If manual cleaning is desired, you can also hand in your shoes at reception, our housekeeping will then take care of it, for a fee.
If you need transport, our in-house shuttle service with a Mercedes S-Class limousine or a spacious minibus is available to you upon request. We also organize taxi rides around the clock.
The main entrance doors are locked from approximately 23:00 to approximately 07:00. During this time, you only have access to the building with your key card.

In the afternoon, the late shift checks your room again and prepares it for the night (e.g. another towel change).
You can hold events and celebrations of all kinds with us – for up to about 80 people. Please contact us, we are happy to help and organize your event.
You have the choice between overnight stay with breakfast, half board or full board. An upgrade after check-in is possible, but only at the regular prices. Please register or deregister for dinner by 12:00 at the latest. A selection card is on your table at breakfast, where you can tick dinner. Alternatively, you can also order à la carte and receive a portion of the price credited for your half or full board.
The times of all wellness treatments are given as pampering time. The pampering time includes any rest times, shower times or changing times. The times included during which no therapist is active for you have not been factored into the prices. The pampering time can vary upwards depending on availability and occupancy.
You can hand in your laundry for dry cleaning with us daily. Return is by arrangement, but at the latest within 24 hours. If the laundry is handed in before 09:00, cleaning will be done on the same day. Depending on need, we also iron your laundry, return here within one hour.

Please contact reception if you would like your bed linen and towels changed daily. Leaving towels on the bathroom floor means they should be changed. Otherwise, please hang the towels back up.

As part of your wellness pampering package, you have access to our swimming pool (indoor pool, whirlpool and sunbathing balcony), the sauna area (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam bath, outdoor sauna, two relaxation rooms and outdoor area) and the fitness room (several strength and cardio machines).
Wellness treatments can be booked for an additional charge, unless included in the package.
You can store your valuables in your room safe. You can also rent a locker in our large reception safe. Please note the liability limits (terms and conditions).
You can borrow newspapers or magazines free of charge at reception or in the restaurant. You will also find them in the sauna landscape and in the indoor pool. The current daily newspaper is available for viewing at reception. Please return the magazine as soon as possible to the place where you took it from so that other guests can also read it.

The rooms and facilities of the hotel are to be treated with care. In the interest of other hotel guests, we ask you not to exceed an appropriate noise level on the hotel’s outdoor grounds as well as in corridors, rooms and balconies, especially after 22:00. Please, for safety reasons, switch off all electrical appliances when leaving the room.
